Dedicated to developing your brand messaging, including two core brand stories, as the foundation for your content and marketing moving forward. Within this phase, I’ll craft your:

The brand messaging you receive is public facing.This doesn’t just serve as an internal document. The messages are copywritten so they can be used as is across website copy, offer pages, social media, newsletters, etc.

Phase One Process

  • We meet for 90 minutes to 2 hours and I ask thoughtful questions to fully understand you and your work. 

  • Behind the scenes, I’ll research and write all of the elements above. 

  • I will share them for your review. 

  • We’ll meet again to review together and make any necessary adjustments. 

  • Once it’s finalized, we’ll move on to the content creation in phase two.

Pillar content creation

Here I’ll create content built on the messaging foundation we formed in Phase 1. We’ll expand on your core philosophies, simplifying your expertise so it’s easily understood and rich in storytelling examples so people understand how your ideas fit into their everyday lives. 

We’ll take those core messages and turn them into long-form, SEO pillar blogs that double as your million-dollar knowledge bank, giving you a content library you can repurpose on repeat.This stage includes:

  • Three Pillar Blog Posts (3-4,000 words) 

  • SEO Optimization Keywords 

  • Meta Descriptions Alt Text (for photos and supporting graphics) 

  • Uploading each piece to your website so it’s properly formatted search engine indexing (the technical term for ensuring Google adds your content to its search query results).

Phase Two Process

  • We’ll meet to talk through the main messages in each pillar, identify examples, and plan stories to bring the concepts to life. 

  • Behind the scenes, I’ll write the pillar blogs one at a time, sharing them for your input. 

  • We’ll meet again to review the pillars together and make any necessary tweaks. 

  • I’ll upload the pillars to your website and index them in Google. 

    • Note: You’ll need Google console and Google analytics set up. If you don’t have it set up, we’ll do it together. It takes 20 minutes, tops.

  • When all foundational messaging and content is approved, I’ll create your custom Repurposing Guide including what, when, and where to post.

Short-Form content creation

Repurposing long-form content into short-form storytelling content is easier said than done. When you add in strategic post timing that aligns with revenue goals, it starts to feel like a full time job you don’t need. Let me take care of it for you.

You’ll walk way with months of original, storytelling newsletters and social media posts, strategically timed to sell your offers. This stage includes:

  • 9 Newsletters (3 for Each Pillar Piece) 

  • 30 Carousel Posts (10 For Each Pillar Piece)

  • 30 Reel Scripts (10 For Each Pillar Piece)

  • 30 Instagram Story Ideas (10 For Each Pillar Piece)

  • A Trello Content Calendar (So you know what and went to post)

Phase Three Process

  • Once you approve the pillar content, I’ll get to work translating your long-form, SEO friendly thought leadership into must-read newsletters and social media posts.

  • In 3-4 weeks, I’ll send you your uniquely-you short-form content, strategically laid out on a Trello Board Content Calendar.

  • We’ll have a final meeting to review, make any necessary adjustments, and celebrate your new content strategy!

How it works

  • We’ll meet for a 90 minute pre-strategy call to review your current content, outline goals and dig deeper into your brand stories.  

  • Behind the scenes, I’ll write a public-facing copy for your mission, vision, values, unique selling position, voice, and brand stories. Clients have used this copy for their websites, offer pages, social media, and newsletters. Internally, it serves as a guide for the content strategy. 

  • Once the messaging and brand stories are written, we meet for a 30-minute check in to review the language. This is also a good opportunity to talk about content ideas. 

  • I’ll craft three SEO-optimized pillar content and share for your review.

  • When everything is approved, we’ll meet for 45-minutes to wrap up the project. I’ll walk you through how to implement your content strategy, explain how to repurpose content effectively, and give you metrics to track on your path to achieving the goals we talked about in step one.
